Doing a wee home workout to help lose the Crimbo belly having put on 4lbs since Xmas eve. Tried to stiff legged deadlift my dumbells as a light exercise to see if my lower back had healed. 3 months after my injury it is still seizing up. Guess this ain't getting better on it's own! :O
