Too much cycling?
I am new to mma and have been training for around 6 months.
Im very fit - today my car broke down - and i am thinking of cycling to work.
It would be 2 hours cycling per day.
For some reason - maybe im just being negative - I feel like riding the bike that much may overtrain one part of my leg? or may make my body to used to the unnatural cycling movement?
what you think?
