This other site has new members
constantly. The most members online at once is less than this one by about %30 but it's not an mma site where a big ppv brings everyone out of the wood work. They do however introduce themselves and welcome each and every person that shows up.
New members will come and go of course like any forum but to have them look elsewhere for lack of a warm welcome makes no sense. Put a small reward out for the member that welcomes the most newbs if you have to. Do something
