I was just talking about team sports. But any sort of grappling is always extremely exhausting. I can still remember the first time I stepped into a boxing gym and then a BJJ class. I could barely carry myself to my car.
Hockey is way more than just legs though. Pretty much everything is tired. Arms, back, just tired.
I've been skating since I could stand. A side effect of having a Canadian family so I always felt worse after lacrosse because I never got the coast like you get in hockey.
Yeah when I started wrestling I was arrogant as hell. Like Wtf this won't be that hard I'm in good shape. I lay down in the locker room after and couldn't get back up.
