Best way to take down a heavier opponent
What do you guys think that are the best techniques to take down a heavier opponent in submission (no-gi)? Double leg is hard for me, because I’m light and I don’t have too much explosion power. I also get caught sometimes in guillotines, but that’s a technical problem…
If you have some suggestions for me I would appreciate it. Lately I’m starting to think in some throws from the clinch, that I think that don’t require so much strength, and for MMA that's good for me because I have good knees, and if I could add some throws from the clinch that would be great.
