there's your problem then. an hour cardio 4-5 times a week is way too much if you are trying to gain weight. Unless of course you are eating an unholy amount of calories, i.e 8000+
If you want to gain do what I did and take in 7-8000 calories a day MINIMUM.
Only if you are doing lots of cardio and also depending on your current weight. If I ate 8000 calories a day I'd be a blimp within a month.
