I was at 140 then 150 then to 160 and topped out at 168 within a span of four years. Unfortunately I'm back down a bit definitely because of work related stress...haah.
Two breakfasts and five shakes a day would do it. Yah those shakes were instrumental to my growth as well. Only two for me. It's expensive for a bucket; pre + post.
