Not an obscene amount. Just really put the effort in when traing.

Worked out on a 3 day split.

Chest/Biceps
Legs/Abs/Shoulders
Back/ Triceps

each set as heavy as I could go without sacrificing good form. 3 sets of 8 reps.

10 minutes of HIIT after each workout.
