just a guess :)

it really depends what area that you want to work on, try to use weight loss supplements and try to lift weights in the section you want to work on, like wrestling you should work on thighs and upper body mostly, it would probably be best to work on everything though and eat healthy get your green grub on this is my best for tips i'm not pro so i'm not for sure but i'm a pretty solid kick boxer, but here some of these links might help for workouts:
