For exercise I work 12 hours a day and I'm on my feet walking and lifting heavy dies all day... I also run 30 minutes 3 times a week, and continue with my traditional military workouts that I am used to from when i was in the Army... Push ups, sit ups, pull ups etc... I've never had to lose weight before, i just got into a bad habit of fast food there for a while working such long shifts all the time...
