btw: I always find it interesting when people are trying to slim down cuz I'm always trying to gain weight.

Unconventional methods but proven; try the cleanser.

- Lemonade + cayenne pepper with syrup is one method. Within a week you'll lose 10 pounds. Purges your system of impurities.
- Eat organic vegetables and fruits with limited red meat. Fish, chicken is ok...this is pretty much what I do so that's probably why I don't gain too much weight. I really wonder how the Diaz Bros and Shields train without any meat. I never thought any athletes could perform at that level with out meat in their diet. Cut out white bread, starch, potatoes, anything with gluten that has sugar which ultimately converts to lepids.
- My honest assessment is 185 is your first goal then 170. That's already 25 pounds. Anything more than that you should consult a specialist.

*Note* The Diaz Bros have one of the best cardio in the business.
