yah as a kid whos 15, 2/3rds is perfect. As your strength train over time, lets say a few years goes by, your active, you still have an active sport your into and you might go to the gym once in a while (realistically) you should be closer to 100% of body weight. that is unless lets say you gain a whole bunch of weight due to poor eating habits or stuff like that, im assuming your going to stay within a low body fat % like no more then 12-13%.
to fight as a sport or to excel in any sport in general (if you use your upper body in it) i would say the gauge of 125% is dead on.
