Gotcha! Well hope the advice helps ya. Cutting that much weight will mean a fairly drastic change in your dieting I'd imagine. I've been thinking about slowly phasing out meat altogether. I don't eat any red meat, beef, steaks, but mainly eat chicken and fish. Although I do eat pork which is pretty bad, but I love my bacon and Carbonara pasta...haha.
