Round 1 - Herb Dean in charge of the two heavyweights. Russow, a Chicago cop, gets after it early. And after a short stalemate, he bombs away and teh crowd goes nuts. He has Jordan backing all kinds of outta there, and he chases looking for the finish. He gets hold of a leg and looks for a single, but Jordan defends on the fence and appears to have recovered for now. But Russow had him on the ropes and has captured the early momentum. They break apart and Russow again looks to land. But Jordan ties things up before they split apart. Rossow comes inside and lands a big right hand that is right on the button, and he follows it up with four more that push Jordan to the fence. Russow tries to take him down, and Jordan keeps a hand on the floor to defend against knees to the head. Finally, Jordan spins out of there, but he's bloodied under his right eye – and again Russow lands a right hand. Russow is pretty much lighting him up in teh standup, but again he wants the takedown. And finally he gets it. Jordan rolls out quickly and we're back in the same position with Jordan holding on to defend that knee. He looks to land after they break, but Russow ties him up. It's a pretty clear 10-9 first frame for Russow in front of his home crowd.
Round 2 - Russow looking to work again early on the feet. But Jordan catches him with a finger to the eye – for our third straight fight. Russow gets a short break, but then he's ready to go. They start slinging, and Jordan seems to get a little bit of momentum on his side. He lands a few hands that have Russow retreating, then a body kick, then he scoops him up for a takedown and goes right into mount. He starts softening him up, then takes his back. Russow is in trouble here trying to scramble out as the crowd buzzes about the turnaround. Russow tries to roll thing over, then gets out of there by grabbing a quick heel hook, forcing Jordan to scramble and then popping back to his feet. Jordan holds on with his hands on the ground, and Russow waits till he lifts them and hits a knee. But Jordan reverses and gets his own takedown. In half-guard, he looks for short elbows from up top. Then he gets to full mount again and takes Russow's back and lands some massive, massive punches to the head. Dean is in there to stop it, as those bombs were absolutely thudding off Russow. The crowd buzzes at the turn of events. Jordan does a backflip in the center of the cage. It's a big come-from-behind win for him. Shawn Jordan def. Mike Russow via TKO (strikes) - Round 2, 3:48
