Do you take anything? I use gakic and it really helps me but it takes a week or so to see effects. Anyway you should only do as much as you can handle with good reps and form. If your struggling to get it up and not keeping good form your wasting energy and robbing yourself of great gains
i don't take anything, but lately i've been just doing push ups, i can now do 70 in 1 min. trying to reach 100 first tho. then i'll see where i'm at at benchpress
and benchpress, the 90-95 pound now feels alot lighter ^_^
