You don't think they'd do a little creative video editing and show the ambulance for next week's preview even if it's a post-fight video from a few weeks later? I know Dana has said there's a guy sending all of his opponents to the hospital, and the guy in the ambulance was clearly a black guy with a goatee = Casey.
