I didn't read the linked article that was posted, but rather just what was provided in the post.
Based on that there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of substance to his claim other than hearsay. I am sure he could get some disclosure on the numbers if he really wanted to and then he would have some concrete evidence to back his claim up with. Until then, I don't think his claim has much merit.
