Plank holds:

Weighted throwdown:

Cardioo

1 min jump rope
1 min shadowboxing (3 lbs)
1 min jump rope
1 min shadowboxing
1 min jump rope
1 min shadowboxing
1 min jump rope
1 min shadowboxing

Then I did as many burpees as I could in a minute, which was 26.
