Cardio/Workout routine

Hey guys, I've recently been doing cardio the last few days (only jogging) and have a few questions. I am going to be joining an MMA camp in the next few weeks and I need to trim down a bit. How many days a week is good for cardio? What other exercises can I do that are the best forms of cardio (biking, swimming, etc?), also, how should my workouts change now that I'm cutting not bulking. I used to do bodybuilding style training. I assume I'm going to have to maybe up the reps a bit? Thanks guys.
