Cardio is good 7 days a week, that's what I do. I wouldn't jog if I were you though, jogging is really hard on the knees. Biking is really good, stair stepper and swimming because it works out every muscle in your body. Cutting would involve your calorie intake being monitored also low weight high rep for lifting.
