Kettlebell Swings 20,20 each arm
Clean and Squats 10,10 each arm
Turkish Getups 1, each arm

Crunches 50,50
Reverse Crunches 20,20
Russian Twists (50lbs, feet on ground) 20,20
Lying Leg Raises 20,20

Get ups are still single reps but I do the reversal back to the beginning too.
