My advice is if you are 5'7" 190 and still lean, don't try cutting weight unless you absolutly think you HAVE to fight at 170. I've been fighting 155s for a while and I never need to cut weight, fight where you feel comfortable and if you feel like the reach disadvantage is a problem, go to the ground. I have a reach disadvatage and I'm your height and fight 155s.
