Round 1 - Referee Marc Goddard in the cage for this featherweight matchup. Grispi walks forward to start but walks into an Ogle right. Grispi walks through it and looks to strike before securing a takedown. He tries to take the back, but Ogle spins. Unfortunately, he leaves a right arm behind and Grispi spins into an omo plata attempt. Ogle waits through it and scrambles, but Grispi switches to a triangle choke. Ogle now punching with his left hand while pressing his opponent's head against the cage. Grispi really doesn't have any pressure on the choke, and so he lets it go. Round 2 - Grispi looks to use his range in early striking. Ogle pushes forward, but he's tossed to the floor in violent fashion. Still, Ogle alertly pops out and transitions to the back. He's in good position early in the round. Right hands come in repeatedly for Ogle as he tries to soften up his opponent. Halfway mark, and Ogle is holding the position. Grispi is trying to turn in and is controlling the arms. He's trying to turn in, but Ogle stays in top position. He moves to the back as Grispi tries to stand. He's very high on the back, and Grispi is trying to shake him off. However, Ogle stays attached until the bell, and MMAjunkie.com gives him the frame, 10-9.

Round 3 - Ogle looks crisp to start, and he walks through Grispi's range yet again. He lands a few punches before scoring a takedown and settling into top position. Grispi's head pushed up against the cage, and he works from guard. Ogle hasn't been able to punch much as Grispi is keeping the action tight. Ogle does posture up and land, and he's happy to ride out on top. Grispi shifts and looks to escape, but Ogle holds him tight and drives in a few knees to the back. Grispi turns to his knees with less than 90 seconds left. He works up to his feet, but Ogle is tight to the body. Outside trip and into his opponent's guard. Grispi running out of time. Full guard underneath. Ogle lands a few short punches to close it out. MMAjunkie.com sees it for Ogle, 10-9, awarding him the fight 29-28. Andy Ogle def. Josh Grispi via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27).
