I think it's about time for this fight. It would be a perfect matchup.
In my opinion, Bisping will win. He's the more accurate striker, he has a more impressive record, and he's much better on the ground.
I think Forrest would have a chance though, since he has more power in his punches. I say they are equally good strikers, but Bisping wins on the ground.
bisping isnt underrated. he just hasnt got a fight yet so no one really knows how he stacks up against good competition. bisping's striking ability might work against him though since forrest loves to bleed and goes insane when he knows he's getting beat.
Well Im Not Shure.Michael Bisping Is A Excellent Round Up Striker And Strikes Really Fast. But I Can Say The Same Thing For Forrest Griffin. So Its Clsoe But I ThinkIm Going To Have To Say Forrest Griffin.
i think its gonna be FG. i remember when he fought bonnar, and bonnar has alot of conditioning just like M.Bisbing does. i am not saying bonnar and bisbing are similar fighters i am merliy stateing that the both fighters take there conditioning very seriously. and FG totally suprised me with his toughness and stamina against Bonnars conditioning. Forrest is a natural fighter. and i cant wait so see how he has progressed in his training.
I agree with most of you that say Bisping needs a couple of smaller fights in the UFC before he steps in with the likes of Forrest, however I think when the time comes it will be a great fight but I have got to back Bisping as he has the sharper edge in my eyes. I know Forrest has improved a hell of a lot since the first fight with Bonner but imagine what Bisping will be like when he has had time to adjust his training for the UFC. I think he is already on Forrests level now but hasn't had the training that Forrest has been getting. Bring on Bisping vs Griffin!
IMO, Forrest doesn't have anything to gain in this fight. He's in a tier above Bisping right now...
I'd much rather see Forrest against a Jason Lambert or maybe even Babalu.
Bisping's first fight should be somebody like Stephan Bonnar or Keith Jardine.
