man thats exactly what i was thinking because i dont start to sweat untill i run about 800m, and i figured the amount of sweat that poured off me was the equivalent to me running for about an hour.

as to oddtodd76's comment, i sweated SOoo much skipping, in just a few min i was drenched.

Skipping is so much better then running i guess, just for the pain facotr of running i duno, it jsut feels straineous for me, but runners high is always good.

Just 1 thing ppl, STRETCH, do like a step forward against a chair or some thing and stretch all your muscels espcially your lower leg ones ( dont know what their called lol )
