Hi, I am currently working on developing my training schedule
given that i am in highschool, i like to lift weights 4 days a week(Monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday)
i do kickboxing and im thinking of adding 2 days of actual fight training during the week right after i work out (Mondays + wednesdays)
is this schedule sufficient enough to improve my fight game? or do i have to add more days of actual fight training?
do u guys have any idea of what fighters training routines are when theyre not training for a fight?
