Strength - Bodyweight exercises/weights
Punching Speed - punch with smaller weights
Cardio - Run/Swim
Flexability - stretch
conditioning - will come as you get more serious
So just build up and focus on Strength, Cardio and Flexability and also developing your fighting methods.
But a big word of advice
Don't do weights one day after another, space them out in order to let your body repair.
