Up and down weekend. EPIC Bellator event on Thursday, UFC was going OK until Machida killed it with a Condit like performance that made me hate the future of MMA. But then I "got together" with an ex for a little fling and got some quality bud and things turned right around. Now I'm chuggin' a Red Bull.
