EastPhilly has a little shameless behaviour in the past
If you have a Gi then go to the Gi classes and learn the moves. But you can ask your instructor how to use those moves in No-Gi as well. Gi will help your grip as well. If you really want to keep going in No-Gi soo much that you need more than one day then ask you instructor if he/she has affiliates that teach No-Gi or tell him/her that you are more interested in No-Gi and are most likely going to change schools soon.
