Day 39
I did my pullup-circuit wide-grip style today.
I didn't go overboard and got in 5x5 pullups, dips, and 150 knees today.

I also go in 3 sets of an ab circuit.


Sparred with Ricky who'll be fighting saturday.
Got a 2nd dose of my workout supplement in.

worked with Jose on the ab circuit, we got 2 sets in.


I worked on the uppercut bag for about half hour or so.

Then I went into our lifting room for ab work.

I did 10x5 70lb decline situps and single hand 35lb press.
Later I did 5x10 70lb decline situps and none of the press.

Throughout life there are bumps along the way some may be painful...others not...who gives a damn in the end you'll still die
