I saw a video for the movie 300, and Gerard Butler (Leonidas) got into shape by doing Tire Exercises. Some people are genetic freaks, and others bodies respond better to training than others.

Even if he had taken steroids earlier in his career, they wouldn't be helping him now. Steriods only last if you take them on a consistent basic with off cycles.

Well since I was saying that I actually think he doesn't do steroids and the reason he is so jacked is because he does such intense work outs...I'd have to say that "No!" you are dumb. I was actually agreeing with you.
