so heres my list.
I take Xyience Nox-cg3 (used to use n.o.explode but couldnt sleep)
basic gnc creatine monohydrate
cytocarb 2 (broken complex carbohydrates that help your body absorb protein)
Universal natural sterol complex (not all the time though 6 horse pills is rough)
Used to take hydroxy cut hard core but again couldnt sleep so i replaced it with the gnc mega man sport pac which has the mega man vitaman a thremogen and some other good stuff.
xyience xm2 protein, xtreme muscle meal. solid protein with extras geared well for fighter type training
basic gnc whey protien.
now i dont take all of it all the time but i am pretty consistant
i wake up in the morning eat cereal, go to class, eat some hard boiled egg whites, take some nox cg3, lift (or do kung fu or what ever i feel like doing) protein shake, eat dinner (i like chicken alot so thats usually what i have) take my vitamins, train, maybe have another shake, study, sleep.
my days not always in that order, but thats basicly all the components.

That's not very efficient, healthy, or productive. I suggest you research a little about diet+supplement
