What I take
PurpleWraath(excellent recovery/bcaa supplement)
UMP(casien whey, slow digesting I use it with rolled oats/banana/skim milk to make my own MRPS).
Storm/bulk creatine mono
This is a very very simple/basic stack but it is excellent.
Meal 1: 1 scoop ump, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/2 banana, ice water+ a 1/4 cup skim milk. + tbsp NAT peanut butter.
Meal 2: 3 hb eggs+ 1pc whole wheat.
Meal 3: Portion of chicken or can of tuna + 1 cup veggies
Meal 4(PRE): Portion of chicken+1/4 cup oats+1 cup veggies
Meal 5(PWO): 2 scoops whey+the rest of the banana+1/4 cup oats.
Meal 6: Varies: Cottage cheese+steak, or a fish. 1 cup of veggies.
Depends on my school/work shifts sometimes I am forced to make more of my own MRPS and slam them.
