In that drill it's just a straight away sprawl. I throw a left-right combination and sprawl all the way to the floor (also trying to keep my elbows down to remember underhooks). Once I'm down I try to pop back up as quickly as possible to full standing, throw the left-right and then do it again.

And i don't look at fighting blogs but i will start to now.
There is another drill I do during striking training where I just have whoever is holding the thai pads or hand pads shoot on my when they think I am getting to focussed on my strikes or making some sort of mistake. I sprawl or try to pull guard (preferrably spider).
