starting a new training program
I have decided to start this new program and so far I love it a. Its called ddp yoga its like a rouge form of yoga using yoga poses but the workout is nothing like a traditional yoga.
what I like the most is I am still not 100% from my stroke and this workout alows me to modify a certain amount to help me. and it has helped with my recovery.

I am also adopting a gluten free diet that it recommends. I use to be in great shape but now I am starting from square 1 and hope this helps.
