Press Day; today was kinda weak, I was lazzy
Strict OH Press:

Push Press:

Dips:

Bench Press:
125x1x10(this was tough)
95x1x10(this was tough too)
I did some tricep overhead extensions too but I had a lot of failed sets, my triceps were burned out. I'm gonna start doing some close-grip bench presses from now on. I also rolled a good 10-15 rounds with my brother today
