lots of push ups, hand stands crunches, do alot of horse stance for your legs. run. if you live on a farm split wood. theres alot of stuff you can do that will make you incredibly stronger with out ever touching a weight. look up gymnastics/wrestling work outs.

your not that small either, i know grown ass men your size
