How are you working out and is it working
So a bunch of us from work started doing different work out videos ect the past month and i was wondering what and if you guys do any work ot videos ect when you are not at the gym.
we have different routines going around work from Insanity, hip hop abs, p90x, zumba..ect
Im currently really enjoying Insanity and am starting to feel results and see little differences in by body structure. i changed up the calender though and mix in more of the insane ab routine for my main focus is my abs (really want my 6 pac back)
what you guys use and is it working. kinda want to see if there is any better at home workouts that people are doing.
also trying different supplements and vitamins ect
