I've started a rigorous training schedule last week. I get up at 6 in the morning, get a healthy breakfast, go to uni/work and then they won't let me sit down until 5pm. When I get back home I have some bread with stuff on it and I go to sleep. It's working pretty good, already lost 0.4kg last week and I feel a lot better in the mornings. In the evenings... not so much.
