You can't gain weight and turn it into muscle! Muscle weighes more than fat does. So if you are working out with weights, lift heavy with less reps. Eat at least six meals a day......as far as a menu of what to eat, I can't help you there. I suck at sticking to diets but I'm sure there are guys/girls here that can lead you better on that issue. I'd give you some of my weight if I could...lol I'm 177lbs.......I'm trying to get down to 160.
