sorry for being such a newbie at all this. I know im meant to eat carbs, proteins and good fats etc, but I just dont know what to eat!
I mean so far Ive gathered that
Chicken is good
Pasta is good
cottage cheese is good
, I really dont know what else to eat! I know there is plenty of food out there but I would like to know the best of the best to help me gain some weight! Again thanks for the help people
