Yeah, back to beating people up (or at least getting ready to).
One of the biggest secrets to this is dedication. Someone at somepoint, somewhere, mentioned Rich Franklin. Franklin gave up everything that he had and trained for 4 years before becoming a full time pro-MMA fighter and it's paying off.
If this is your life then train for 10-12 hours a day, but if it's not then just train as much as you need to stay in shape (which is as much as you can).
