Python has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Bottom of the food chain
In this case it appears that the "LION"s den is at the bottom of the food chain, maybe that is why there are no lions in the USA. Ken gets in there with so much frustration built up that TITO ORTIZ can and will pick him to pieces!
