Dude thanks for all that help man, great info!

you know that creatin tub, Is it suitable for someone my age? you seem like you know exactly what your on about so just want to make sure...

Also does it really help? is it worth the 40 squid? if it is I will have to invest in it...

finnaly what flavour is the best hehe? I like vanilla ice scream etc, but it may not taste as nice in the shake. Is good ol chocolate fine?

So basically

Chicken, pasta with tuna and mayo, tuna in a tin, banana's after workouts and before (just a general snack),salmnon, is all good. I will definately be eating these more consistantly. I will look at that GI link you gave me in detail now. Any other food reccomendations would be awesome!
