Obliterate

Hi all

Does anyone take this supplement? I read in one of the articles here that it's a good supplement and i nearly bought one but then i saw the "Burn Fat" quote on the box. Now i've always been told to keep away from things that say this as they can have side effects?

Is it worth the money, is it safe to take all the time?

Any help would be awesome
