MMA Training in Montreal
I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I am 26 and would love to start training for MMA, for fun first and we'll see later.
My question is, what is the best way to get started? I'm in the Montreal area and never really picked up martial arts, I have always been in team sports. Is there an MFS school or something similar for beginners in Montreal? Is it too late to begin training?
