Also are you taking a multivitamin? If you are not I have been doing quite a bit of research lately on them and have found a company that imo is top notch. I will be ordering my first bottle this week so I have no personal experience as of yet though. On the subject of cardio I would recommend replacing your 3 mile run with short sprints a couple days a week. You will need that explosiveness like it happens during a fight instead of a long steady paced run.
