Muay Thai will get you in shape quicker in my opinion. It is A LOT more than just kicks and punches and half of Muay Thai is awesome Cardio. I took TKD also and have friends that took it at other places along with people in my Muay Thai class that have all said the same thing as KHELL. I absolutely love Muay Thai and I get my ass kicked in every class because of the cardio conditioning you get and all the sparring. It is fun though
