You take a short (say 25-30- or 40 yard distance) run to that as fast as you can. (ie, there is a million bucks sitting there fast) then catch your breath for a sec or w/e, repeat
say one might do, 3 sets of 5 sprints or 5 of 5 w/e the hell you like, lol
