Need help gaining Weight!

ok so i weight about 147 lbs 5'6 tall and have a pretty solid build. I want to Fight at 145 but i would like to put on some more muscle weight and cut from about 157-160lbs down to 145 to make weight. any suggestions? i do eat very healthy and dont want to eat junk food so what should i do?
